By accessing this site, you confirm you are 21 years of age or older. We utilize professional third-party age verification for all tobacco transactions. Misrepresentation of age is a violation of international trade laws.

1. Shipping Restrictions & Global Trade

As purveyors of fine tobacco, Patria adheres to all local and international shipping regulations. Due to the complex nature of tobacco taxation and licensing, we do not ship to jurisdictions where tobacco commerce is prohibited by law.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Any attempt to circumvent local excise taxes or import duties is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to cancel any order originating from or destined for high-risk zones.

2. Intellectual Property & Brand Assets

The "Patria" name, the Heritage Crest logo, and all proprietary tobacco blend names are the exclusive intellectual property of Longmen Africa. Our website imagery, including the unique macro-photography of our wrapper leaves, is protected under international copyright law.

The reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any brand asset without express written consent from our legal counsel is strictly prohibited. We protect our craft with the same vigor we use to curate our tobacco.

3. Private Client Accounts

Members of our Private Lounge are granted access to limited-run collections and vintage releases. Account credentials must be kept confidential. Patria is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from client negligence.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that displays behavior inconsistent with our community standards or engages in the unauthorized secondary market resale of our limited editions.
